How many guests fit in Hideout?

Up to 150 guests for an event in the main hall. 1-16 guests for an overnight stay in 6 finished rooms; the seventh room is in preparation. There are 5 bathrooms. Both combine — after the party, a smaller group can stay.

Is the pool heated year-round?

Yes. The indoor heated pool is accessible 365 days a year and included in the rental. Temperature is comfortable even in winter.

Check-in and check-out times?

Check-in 3:00-8:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed at Hideout.

What's included in the rental?

The entire space for you only (no sharing with other guests), Wi-Fi, parking, pool heating and cleanup after departure. Bartender, DJ and photographer are optional by prior agreement.

Do we have to take accommodation, or can we rent just the main hall?

Either way. The main hall is rentable separately (event only), or you take the whole villa with 6 finished rooms and a seventh in preparation. We also offer 4 or 8 hour rentals for shoots and small events.

How do bookings and payments work?

Send us a request with event type, date and approximate guest count. Within 24 hours you get a tailored offer. Once the reservation is confirmed, the full amount is paid in advance through the booking system.

What are the cancellation terms?

If you cancel sufficiently in advance, we refund 50% of the paid amount. Late cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund; Victoria confirms the exact handling based on the date and reservation type.
