How many guests fit in Hideout?
Up to 200 guests for an event in the main hall. 1-16 guests for an overnight stay in 7 rooms with 5 bathrooms. Both combine — after the party, a smaller group can stay.
Is the pool heated year-round?
Yes. The indoor heated pool is accessible 365 days a year and included in the rental. Temperature is comfortable even in winter.
Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 3:00-8:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs and other pets are welcome and accommodated free of charge.
What's included in the rental?
The entire space for you only (no sharing with other guests), Wi-Fi, parking, pool heating, cleanup after departure. Bartender, DJ, photographer and catering are optional add-ons — we discuss in advance.
Do we have to take accommodation, or can we rent just the main hall?
Either way. The main hall is rentable separately (event only), or you take the whole villa with 7 rooms. We also offer 4 or 8 hour rentals for shoots and small events.
Languages?
Czech, German, English, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak and Ukrainian. Write to us in any of them.
How do bookings and payments work?
Send us a request with event type, date and approximate guest count. Within 24 hours you get a tailored offer. Upon confirmation, you pay a deposit (typically 50%) and the balance before the event.
